A successful private businessman and public policy official, Mr. Reyes is a graduate of the Harvard’s Kennedy School program for Senior Government Officials. With extensive experience in Latin America, Reyes prototyped and delivered heavy-use, industrial equipment to US clients by negotiating a “maquiladora” manufacturing contract in Mexico for sale in the US market place. This predicated his current business venture wherein IGS was established in January 2001. In capital construction projects with local units of government, Mr. Reyes has delivered $530 million dollars of public/private partnerships.
