I have worked with Richard over many years and he has always worked with the utmost professionalism whether leading a piece of work or contributing as part of a team. He has extensive knowledge of healthcare data and using it to identify areas for improvement and transformation. specifically, I worked with Richard developing online tools to provide clients with actionable information to improve patient outcomes. His contributions were always inciteful and innovative. I would highly recommend Richard who would be an asset to any organisation.

Richard is a motivational and influential professional with a proven track record of extracting messages and stories from data. He has demonstrable experience and understanding of NHS data and an ability to innovate and lead the defining of solutions to data challenges. Richards NHS knowledge is complimented by his leadership skills. He is diligent, thorough and fully engaging with stakeholders and has a wealth of experience communicating data to non-technical audiences. He is an articulate and intelligent individual who is able to grasp and manage highly complex tasks. Richard was highly respected across the team and I very much regard him as a role model. I remain grateful for the advice and guidance he provided me with during his tenure in CHKS. Richard is without a doubt a valuable asset for any organisation.

Just one of the many interesting and re-energising things I undertook during my sabbatical was to adopt two wonderful retired racing greyhounds, Magic & Erin.
