Appointed to guide the execution and delivery of the National Joint Registry project as the Regional Audit Coordinator for London and the South East with Momenta, which was later acquired and integrated into Ricardo-AEA Ltd in Nov 2012. Provided recommendations and developed change programmes that enabled the efficient implementation of compliant systems and processes across the entire AEA Technology Plc’s hospital portfolio.• Solicited for business needs and requirements across all hospitals and developed tailored solutions to support the delivery of optimised submission rates and data quality within the assigned region.• Oversaw the prompt finalisation of data analysis and report writing and produced high-quality presentations to diverse stakeholder groups and the Steering Committee.• Guided the vetting and inclusion of different sites into the NJR project and led the pitching of the project’s agenda and systems to potential investors.• Facilitated collaborative relationships with teams and management at all organisational levels while acting as the primary point of contact for hospital staff, sites, and NJR Centre.

Clinical Data Manager

This international contract pharmaceutical research organisation undertakes and evaluates clinical trials on behalf of clients on a worldwide basis. Contracts include all of the major global pharmaceutical companies. Key responsibilities, achievements & skills:• Operation of the day-to-day running of a phase II trial into the efficacy of a new diabetic drug. The study was one of the most profitable contracts within the organisation.• Primary tasks consist of data validation and analysis, database management and editing, data conflict resolution, Quality Control and Quality Assurance analysis, company-client liaison, sensitivity analysis and data reconciliation.• Skills used included efficient teamwork, creative problem solving and attention to detail. Listening to, advising and assisting clients, development of a rapport with the client along with influencing and negotiating skills and building their trust in my judgement. To maintain strict deadlines, as potential revenue loss was huge.• Development of advanced IT skills on both in-house and commercially available software.• Concurrent work and training. Given unmonitored responsibility for my study very early on, in response to my quick progress. Awarded a merit bonus for dedication and commitment to my project. One of only 3 to receive this payment
