I've known Richard since college and he's always impressed me with his technical knowledge and ability to manage multiple projects. When he joined Sogeti, he obtained a position within my client's eCommerce department alongside myself. Though we didn't get to work on projects together, I often heard a lot of praise from our mutual supervisors, and he consistently demonstrated a strong passion for PM work. That success got him noticed at Sogeti, and they promoted him to Senior Consultant in half the time I'd previously seen. Hopefully we'll have a chance to work together again!

I worked with Rich at Freshpait where he was Project Manager E Commerce for a direct to consumer e commerce business. Rich managed the redesign and relaunch of the new website, which was a very demanding role, coordinating developers, design, marketing, merchandising, to insure business needs were met. He was a pleasure to work with, a team player and leader.
