  A multi-faceted role, providing inter-departmental support to over 30 staff members. Responsibilities included managing company’s accounts payable process for both National staff and our 115 camp chapters. I provided support for new employee onboarding, a process I innovated to improve our intern hiring process. Also responsible for researching and launching new systems to support our rapidly growing organization. I also planned and assisted with national events including staff retreats, summits and galas, and exclusive elevated events for potential donors.

I was also in charge of organizing student waiver forms, travel to and from the airport, and other logistical aspects of Summit.
