Having worked with Richard for many years, both as a fellow program manager and later as a director, I really got to know Richard. As members of the same program management team, Richard was always on his game and a pleasure to work with. As his manager, Richard was someone I could always count on and as a result, he was many times assigned the most difficult projects. Richard was key to turning around several distressed programs that I asked him to take over and lead. The result was a change in the customer satisfaction and more business for the company. I would highly recommend Richard as a valuable member to any program management team.

Richard has proven to me to be a capable, calm, committed, and focused project manager. He is a high-value addition to any project team. I have always appreciated his effectiveness and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with him on multiple projects.
