My time working alongside Richard was a fantastic experience when we served together. His skills in dynamic management combined with a swathe of specialist knowledge meant that Richard always thought outside of the box, when the projects and programmes were confronted with chaotic events. His people skills are excellent and understanding, always getting the right amount of energy and committment out of his staff, even when the chips are down. Wherever and for whoever Richard works for as part of their team, will have a sharp and dedicated manager with depth of knowledge backed up with the skills to prove it.
