An M.Phil in Planning & Development from IIT Bombay, and an Atlas Corps Fellow from the Grameen Foundation in Washington, DC, Richa has been in the development sector for the past 18 years and has extensive research experience. Richa has been actively involved in carrying out research projects, publications, due diligence, needs assessments, evaluation and impact assessments with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), NIIT Foundation, Delhi School of Social Work and others. She has worked as visiting faculty with Business Schools in Delhi NCR and a Master Trainer with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.
