We are an app-based platform that guides the user towards better mental health by training the mind to develop resilience towards stress. Our application BeSerene detect, monitors and prevent stress and anxiety in the user. It also improves the overall mental health of the user by offering self-paced self-help awareness course work augmented with yoga and meditation. Better mental health would translate to enhanced productivity, ability to handle stress, creative thinking or merely a better life. The App ensures complete privacy to the user, thereby overcoming the bias towards psychologists. The App also provides the user with an option to choose from two of the available approaches, i.e. either Spiritual or Psychological. We have utilized the latest developments in technology by deploying a data-driven robust tech platform. We have adapted our solution to the specific needs of the millennial population. Our research team, working in consonance with doctors and psychologists, has determined a detection solution based on wearable sensors, response times, and evaluation processes to monitor the progress of users of the application.
