Rich's individuality and creativity, combined with his rapid acquisition of new skills and the swift expansion of his marketing and comms expertise made him an ideal intern. He quickly developed into a trusted and pro-active team member, able to work collaboratively or under his own initiative, and was well-liked and respected by all he came into contact with in the wider university community. He was a rare asset and should he ever choose to return to the university I would have no hesitation in re-employing him...but I suspect he is destined for greater things.

Richard is a great operator - fast and adaptable. His period in the communications team coincided with a six-month PR campaign to win public and political support for a major University building project. Richard worked on the media handling aspects, particularly with the local press, and was integral to the success of the campaign.
