Without a doubt or moment of hesitation I can unreservedly say that Rich is everything you want in a manager and leader. He was exceptional in all regards, but particularly in relationships and making you feel valued, driving you to step up yourself. Rich made me feel welcome in an industry that was new to me and helped me learn the ropes. His technical skills are second to none. I sincerely hope that all of my future superiors have the same qualities as him, and that I am able to emulate his traits with my team members and, in future, direct reports.
