Rich is an excellent Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Rich is adept at building strong relationships with business people outside of IT, as well as with his peers and project team members. He has strong technical skills and experience, and these are complemented by his personable manor, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and positive outlook. I worked with Rich on multiple projects at Keyera and was very impressed by his initiative, breadth of technical knowledge, and by how reliable he is – when Rich commits to an action, he can be depended on to do it within the time he has stated, if not before, and with high quality. Rich successfully managed a significant project for the Finance group that had a number of challenges due to the vendor. He skillfully adapted his plan as needed, and ultimately delivered on time, on schedule and with high quality; the business group was very pleased with his results.
