• I lead a team of dedicated technical specialists who support all Fidelity Investment Center branch locations across the country delivering the best possible user experience. Coaching and guiding the team is a wonderful experience assisting them grow as individuals and technicians. • Escalations and customer follow up are a big part of my role. As a technical lead I will often troubleshoot a wide variety of computer problems i.e. building out new Virtual Desktops, troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues, configuring Mobile Iron accounts is a few examples of how I support the team. • Routinely training the team ensures they are equipped with the proper knowledge to support our Fidelity Investment Center Representatives.
