I was responsible for creating a fresh approach for current customers, driven by a need to improve financial performance to be generated by new membership sales. By the third year, membership had increase by 400% - achieved through increased brand awareness within the local community. Further to the introduction of a management team, Focus on Fitness continues to offer a customer driven concept, which is highlighted in its slogan ‘more than just a gym’.
