RedStar Ticketing Ltd. used the services of UX Home Lab and Keep it Usable for product research and we were very happy with the process. Due to Covid restrictions, we were unable to group candidates together for UX focus groups so instead Ricardo and his team dedicated an hour to each of the 12 candidates in UX interviews over two days. Prior to this, we had plenty of opportunity to meet virtually to discuss goals and objectives and, after the interviews took place, we were very impressed with how quickly the team were able to produce a report for us based on the findings. They were extremely flexible, accommodating and good natured and we would look to work with them again in the future. In the meantime, we shall recommend them to friends and colleagues alike.

I met Ricardo whilst seeking a partner to implement the replacement of the SWIFTRef web application / portal. Whilst we developed the application code internally we sought a partner who had deep knowledge of customer user experience knowledge especially around data management and extraction. Ricardo and his team were a clear standout and the decision to partner with his agency proved crucial successful to the product launch. Ricardo managed the complexities and coordination of multiple stakeholders and global contributors extremely well, capable of interpreting our vision into a product that made complex data navigation that much easier for our customers.
