Therefore, recruiting new engineer consultants was necessary to ensure the expanding requests from new clients. AREA (belonging to the APRR group) is a French company in the motorway sector. They are responsible for the maintenance and development of motorways in the Rhône-Alpes region. In addition to my main tasks, I also trained staff from other sites to project management basics during a couple of “open house” days. As these training sessions were very successful, I was asked to do a sort of “TED conference” at the headquarters as well.
