Reflecting my progress within the company, my responsibilities at AKT have grown significantly since joining. Working on complex projects during both early and construction stages in central London, with complex constraints and changing priorities, I have led my team to deliver the required information according to programme. I have gained experience in managing large teams (up to 14 Structural Engineers plus Civil and Geotechnical Engineers), designing steel and concrete composite structures as well as CLT and other construction materials. I am responsible for creating fee proposals for additional works, establishing design programmes, liaising with stakeholders, tracking progress of work, maintaining technical overview of the project and reporting to senior management. I have also delivered presentations to the contractor and client explaining project details and to students on behalf of AKT.
