Responsible for the digital transformation of BNDES´ processes. . Responsible, altogether with Roland Berger, for the implementation of thestrategic plan that prepares the bank to face Brazil's development challenges bythe year 2035.. Management of 750 professionals. Results.• Digitization of all processes of the automatic indirect operation (financing to MSMEs through commercial banks), increasing from 20% to 98% of the digitized processes, reducing the approval period, on average, from 10 days to 3 seconds, improving operational performance and customer experience. During this time, the platform “Canal MPME”, where SME´s can apply for funding directly to BNDES, was created.. • Cost reduction of U$ 30 million per year with organizational restructuring, space optimization and health plan management (we kept expenses constant in two years of industry inflation of 22% a.a.)• Negotiation with the participants and restructuring of the basic benefit plan with a deficit of U$ 450 milion• Execution of the biggest annual budget of the harvest plan until 2018 (U$ 4.5 billion in the year)• Execution of 12 strategic projects in 2018 (including BNDES Garage, digitization and structuring of the development and infrastructure projects areas), with an execution rate of 85% at the end of the year Show less
