I am a software engineer who has been working on a variety of projects that are mostly used for a software development kit (SDK) for our brain-sensing products as well as software tools used by our researchers. I have been playing a large role in defining the APIs used within the SDK for all platforms and am also responsible for the back-end of our Android apps. As a result, my software experience is mostly focused in the use of Objective-C and Java with C++ integration involving the use of the Java Native Interface (JNI).

      • Sep 2011 - Apr 2012

I collaborated in a team of three to design a brain computer interface that was used for a game between two players where the objective of the game is to stay as relaxed and still as possible. To make it possible, I programmed scripts using MATLAB to perform Wavelet and Fourier signal analysis on EEG signals from the user’s brain to detect brain states and physiological movements given by the user. As a team, we presented and defended our design to our peers, supervisor, and administrator (professors).
