Ricardo has a very considerate and respectful personality, he is extremely well organised and he is very much proactive and aware of his working environment. Whilst working with me, I found him to be articulate including in the English language. Ricardo balanced the necessity of being a demanding yet always professional leader in a very challenging environment as we were in the middle of the Covid – 19 crisis.
