  The company assigned me functions in which I was responsible for assisting in quality control and monitoring project execution, especially in the final stage of the project. The main activities developed in the internship were: -Communication for management of internal teams; -Drawings in AutoCAD; -Development of reports in Word and Excel spreadsheets; -Assistance for the team assigned to post-work assistance; -The quality control itself as indicated in the “Work Quality Plan”; -The elaboration of RDOs; -Lead the allocated team; -Develop and update schedules; -Make a report on the status of works and present them to the engineer; -Participate and conduct inspections for the delivery of apartments to the respective owners. In this professional experience, carried out at the construction site, at the same time that he was monitoring services performed by the work teams, he followed the inspections of the owners and passed on the information to those responsible for the work. So, it was essential to know how to express yourself in different ways in each case. Thus, the experience of working with several people from the most varied positions and activities developed, showed me, how important good communication and empathy between coworkers is. The internship was carried out by the company Porto 5 Empreendimentos Imobiliários LTDA, which has its headquarters in Pelotas - RS.
