Preparation of documentation (within the framework of regional decrees and local regulations), contact and follow-up with regional and local administrations and public bodies to obtain all permits and commissioning of the facilities.• Processing data from meteorological masts, preparing economic feasibility studies and the wind resource including the design of wind generators layout.• I have carried out more than 80% of the projects (preliminary projects and execution projects) subcontracting the environmental studies and archaeology to specialist companies.• Single manager for the processing of requests and supply of information to utility companies and the system operator (REE) for the connection of all the facilities promoted by the company.• Request, review, and evaluation of bids from contractors for the execution of the new facilities, as well as management and supervision of the different phases of the wind farms during their construction and commissioning.• I have processed the inclusion of all ELECDEY facilities in the electricity market.
