During my tenure as a lead software engineer tasked with software development tooling and DevOps at Wind Talker Innovations (WTI), I had the distinct pleasure of working with Ricardo for more than six months. During that time, we collaborated on several projects supporting the CI/CD infrastructure for WTI's C++ and Java codebases. Our work encompassed everything from the workstation tooling and software development environments used by the software engineering teams to the AWS cloud infrastructure that houses, analyzes, builds, tests, and delivers the company's software products. In addition to our independent work, we spent many hours pair programming, debugging, and helping interns and early professionals to extend their skills. Based on my direct experience, I know Ricardo to be a highly motivated, productive professional and out-of-the-box thinker who can quickly research and adapt to new technologies. Accordingly, I highly recommend him to any organization needing a skilled DevOps or site reliability engineer.

Better thank your lucky stars if the name Ricardo Choy Chuecos ever shows up in your applicant pool. He is a veritable hat-trick that guarantees you'll ace crucial Dev-Sec-Test-Ops mission objectives! Ricardo is an unbelievably well-mannered, highly talented and tenacious DevOps prodigy who has a brilliantly analytical, creative, and curious mind and can crank out elegantly coded solutions for head-scratching mind-benders with remarkable ease. Ricardo teamed up with me to take upon one of the toughest challenges in standing up a Test Automation Lab that simulated complex mesh service topologies leveraging the latest in secure containerization and orchestration platforms, to deploy and automate the management of our Core Osmosis technologies. He demonstrated mastery with provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment through enabling infrastructure-as-code as well as innovative python scripts in bridging logic and payload gaps for ensuring a smooth roll-out from a localhost to a cloud-native Continuous Test Pipeline in AWS. The successful creation and execution of our Automated Lab massively reduced the need and costs associated with sending expensive hardware kits to newly onboarding Engineers, while also introducing an ability for Developers to perform advanced unit and systems-level integration test validation capabilities. Ricardo has been an indispensable asset for everyone in the Wind Talker Innovations engineering teams. Bet with Ricardo and you'll be grinning and carrying hefty trophies to the bank. I highly recommend him as an incredible asset and resource for any group that is fortunate to land his tremendous talent.
