I have had the opportunity to work with Ric for several years and you would be hard pressed to find a better Distribution Director. Ric has a ton of experience in managing distribution environments and people. That experience was demonstrated on a daily basis and enabled the distribution and operations departments to consistently increase productivity and decrease the cost per unit shipped. Ric has a very high aptitude for systems and operations, which enables him to solve everyday business problems using technology in combination with sound business policies and procedures. He's great with people and knows how to get the most out of his crew no matter what the challenge.
