What were my responsibilities at Sunair? I was responsible of all Ad Hoc Group requests received by B2B and B2C. Groups travelling for leisure, business or Incentives. I was dealing on a day to day bases with small groups (starting from 10 participants) up to 100+ groups. From simple Group requests, with only transportation and overnight stays, till groups with a “full program” consist of breakfast- lunch-dinner arrangements, arranging guides, entertainment, conference center, and much more. Preparing offers, making bookings/issuing tickets in Amadeus, collecting and processing payments was part of my (daily) work.
