I had the pleasure of serving as Riana's direct supervisor for several years at Urban Habitat. Though she officially reported to me, I valued Riana as a thought partner, and the success of the program we built at Urban Habitat is in large part due to her perseverance, her skill as a strategist, and her strong ability to work effectively with our program's diverse array of stakeholders. I learned a great deal from her, and I hope we get a chance to work together again.
