15 Year experience in an LPG plant; • Control and regulation systems (Pressure, temperature, Flow, Level control loops,…). • Instruments calibration: transmitters, converters, regulators, control valves, etc. • F&G panel maintenance, Gas detectors calibration. • During this period I was head of a team in charge of maintenance-related tasks of several vital equipments with intervention at many equipments in LPG plant such as the boiler , refrigeration compressors, Instrumentations Technical room, security instruments on machines, tanks gauging system, shutdown system … • Spare parts management. • During this period I was compelled to be at the plant disposal for technical intervention any time a day. • I was involved for two years to implement a proactive maintenance methodology: Installation of a new system of management of maintenance computer-assisted (GMAO) and participation in the development of the procedures of work and maintenance. • Participation in examination of offers of a new LPG plant for the STEG. The construction was started in February 2005 and the start up was in the beginning of 2008. • Taking part of approbation of several documents, data sheet, P&ID, PFD for the new LPG plant (API, ISA, IEC, NFPA... standard consideration). • Commissioning and startup of the new LPG plant mentioned above by subsystems.
