Working with Riad is a wonderful experience. The level of expertise he has plus his management skills have been key to get to the level of insights we have at Heycar. Riad has outstanding communication skills, being able to explain difficult technical problems to all kind of audiences and understand the needs non technical users have. His prioritization skills always kept the team in a balance between working on the bigger topics that give us more value and the quick wins. Riad not only tries to give an answer to all the needs we have but also understand the reasons behind each request so he can also contribute with his knowledge.
