Was hired by USP&E to implement change management to achieve business objectives after receiving multiple cure notices from their customer due to project schedule delays on the construction and commissioning of a 13MW HFO power plant for London Mining in Sierra Leone. It was critical to implement a shift in strategy and structure. This strategic effort was crucial for the company to safe their power plant construction project to increase the likelihood of meeting project deadlines within the allocated time and budget. The effort resulted in a successful completion of a revised project schedule and the project was completed on time as agreed with the customer. The successful change management process on the construction and commissioning project led to the award of an Operations and Maintenance project for $11M over a 5 year period, on the same 13MW power plant.
