Public Opinion Research Unit (PORU) is an autonomous body operating under the University of Macedonia Research Institute (URI UoM) as a legal entity governed by private law.PORU was founded in 2007 and since has conducted numerous studies, including qualitative and quantitative surveys. PORU conducts survey polls regularly and a wide range of news networks had referred to PORU’s findings (for example Bloomberg, The Economist, New York Times and at the national level skai.gr and SKAI TV).
