Ria has been volunteering with Yellow House since May 2016 and has been working to build our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms. Ria also thought up our first photography exhibition fundraiser, which she recently co-organised. As well as finding the venue and arranging picture mounting, Ria edited the photography brief and organised a judging panel for the competition. Without Ria’s dedication and hard work, we wouldn’t have had the huge success that we did, nor expanded the platform of support for the organisation. Ria is now on Yellow House’s Volunteer Advisory Committee and her involvement with the organisation has been key to its growth over the past year.
