One of many businesses I built up from scratch and have successfully turned it into a unmanned, 24/7 gym. With a great team including a Manager, a sales team, gym instructors, sports physio and other employees ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Building a large business from scratch has given me experience no qualification ever could. From the business plan, negotiating with landlords and councils to the building work and accounts, it has forced me to be able to understand what it takes to make a business successful. I can now boast the gym has over 400 members and I don't have any input apart from hold team meetings once a month.
