FITM rewrote our company website using modern technologies (WordPress and Thesis) to provide a site that looks better and is far easier to maintain. Throughout this process, they were flexible with changing requirements and proactive with suggestions, not just about technology but also about design, SEO, social media etc. I am extremely satisfied with the service that FITM provided and have already pencilled them in for several further projects due in 2012.

Richard pinpointed our needs and quickly worked out the sort of IT support and help we need, properly briefed the supplier and watched out for our interests throughout the process of outsourcing our IT support. Creative solutions as well as more standard options were presented to us and sound advice always given. Punctual, efficient, it was a pleasure to work with FITM and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other people who need some safe hands and smart thinking in IT problem solving.
