  Developed and delivered rollout of centralized onboarding, managed and directed team of onboarding administrators. Worked with internal and external teams to create seamless process for individual worksites and locations to comply with federal, state, and client-specific requirements. Continually refined/troubleshot processes as company moved forward with implementation of employee/manager self-serve programs. Began work in 1995 as HR Administrator. Conducted employee relations investigations and worked with legal teams on investigations, EEOC claims and other litigations.
