  Provide leading and managed support for day to day processes for multiple clients, carriers and functionality within the Mercury Gate TMS System. Handle all carrier claims requests on behalf of our clients, assist on client special projects as needed, run data analysis for current and future clients to assist in cost savings decisions. I also assist clients in analyzing their current shipping needs to ensure the choices being made are in the best interests of all parties involved. Assist in complex invoice investigations to ensure carrier billing accuracy and dispute all incorrect charges on behalf of my clients. I am also responsible for compiling the quarterly financial reviews for all clients.

  Under general direction from the Client Solutions Manager, I coordinated planning of client subsidiary loads shipping from Supply Chain Solutions. Maintained interaction with multiple levels within the customer, supplier, and Supply Chain Solutions groups and am highly customer driven. I was assisting in moving the existing process to the next level in terms of: technology, lead-time, value and interactive communication. I also prepared supporting documents for processing of freight delivery; organize NFC (Notification for Consolidation) and Supply Sync ASN data received for use in daily planning functions; prioritize HOT freight requests; perform daily lane audits; identify equipment requirements per load; maintain and audit daily shipped trailer loads; responded to customer and client questions via written and verbal methods; completed management of client return authorization program; created reports and spreadsheets; and including, but not limited to, performed ad-hoc tracking and analysis.
