Executive leadership of a Southeastern US regional non-profit organization serving youth and families with diabetes in direct service programs that educate, inspire, and empower healthy living. Responsibilities include development and leadership of: organization strategic planning, Board of Directors, fiscal planning and reporting of $1.6 million annual budget, development, personnel management, project management, outcomes design and reporting, employee and volunteer personnel, and oversight of program services.
