I am the President of the Pepperhill Civic Club and Rhonda is the North Charleston Council Member for our area. She attends all of our monthly meetings and does a wonderful job of keeping us up-to-date regarding what is going on in our city government. She is always ready to help me with whatever I need to keep the Civic club running such as arranging for speakers and also keeping us updated on the city projects that have a bearing on our neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about her support.
