I have been watching Rhonda’s career since 2008. As a woman in lighting, it’s impossible not to know who Rhonda is. She’s a powerhouse. She’s a role model. She leads by example. She’s strong, knowledgeable, and noble. It was years before I actually got to work with her and the wait was worth it. What impressed me most about Rhonda was not how she responded when things went well, but how she stepped up when things didn’t. Not a lot of people have the strength to face challenges head on in the way that Rhonda does. She has the courage to face adversity and come out stronger on the other side. She has a customer first attitude and truly goes above and beyond. If I was a betting woman, I’d put all of my chips on Rhonda. She’s the kind of business partner you want on your side because you know you can trust her to always do the right thing. She leads with her heart and her incredible tenaciousness and I am so glad to have her as a friend in my corner.
