As ONE Grounds Management's "Mgr. of Corporate Responsibilities" (sustainability) I am able to utilize previously acquired skills in teaching, fund raising, marketing, organizing, analysis, research, communication, and accounting in order to identify opportunity's that lift, support, and sustain others. I believe that today's greatest investment -- dollar for dollar return; regarding company advertising, involves what that company is doing in the community. One example of "Sustainability" is to motivate businesses to take the time and resources to create stronger employees. Stronger employees create a stronger company. Stronger companies strengthen communities and the people that live in them. This is the meaning of “Sustainability"! To provide strength to that which strengthens you. This is the part that I love about my job!
