I came to New Mexico in 2001 to work with the Red Mesa Foundation, in Gallup New Mexico, a Native American organization that was seeking to utilize land assets in support of Christian ministry. I was involved in real-estate transactions as well as building entitlements through land planning. One of our accomplishments was to successfully bring an ordinance for a planned mixed use district through the City of Gallup approval process.
