I have know and worked with Rhoel Ramos for a number of years. A significant theme emerges with Rhoel, and that would be his interaction with co-workers. He was simply a pleasure to be around; focused on his work, yet with a since of humor about life. As a project team leader, his skill at directing an effort, resolving technical issues, and supporting teammates was inspiring. On several occasions, he functioned in a lead role with an international team. He was able to quickly adjust to the cultural differences and turn them into team strengths. He was dedicated, solution oriented, and customer focused. As his manager, I could rely on Rhoel’s ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment and deliver.

While working with Rhoel you find that his charisma is only outdone by his work ethic. I have found personally that Rhoel will strive to meet every customer requirement and then work to develop collaborative design solutions. Exceeding the customer's expectation is what Rhoel does best. I would gladly have Rhoel on my team any day of the week.
