Anne Marie Tipa
I worked very closely with Jason for the majority of last year. Jason was one of only 3 Senior DMs on my management team of 19. I already knew I had a proven performer in Jason, but I quickly learned I had much more than that. He has that unique combination of outstanding relationship skills plus an extremely analytical mind. When I was preparing for the launch of Minastrin 24 early in the spring, I knew I needed to pull Jason into the meetings with me. He helped with our Incentive Comp discussions, and even presented our new patient savings card program at our national launch meeting. I also gave him additional responsibilities such as helping me with final interviews, mentoring new DMs, and taking on a key role in our managers' meetings.
