Rhiannon is an outstanding manager. She has a refreshing take on how to manage a team effectively. Her style of leadership is not traditional. Her ability to delegate tasks effectively and take control over unprecedented situations is refreshing. When given additional tasks from the director she carries these out effectively and makes sure that she produces quality work. Rhiannon brings an atmosphere where you are able to be your own individual in the office and will help you to amplify your strengths in the work place. Rhiannon is an excellent manager. I have been working under her supervision for several months, she sets realistic goals and gives reasonable deadlines to complete those goals. Plus, she is a good listener and always pays attention to details. Her understanding of candidate and client need's are outstanding, so much so that everyone under her feels comfortable. On top of that, Rhiannon is a great ,motivator. She instils positive energy in every team member, keeping everyone focused on what needs to be achieved.
