I assist the Project Manager in administering the EU Settlement Scheme casework. I organise the service's outreach and advertising, liaise with external organisations to arrange support for their clients, complete referrals to immigration solicitors for complex cases, write reports, and other general administrative tasks. As I am accredited at OISC L1 Immigration (EUSS), I also carry out client advice sessions from time to time.

Along with the Director of Development and Alumni Engagement Manager, I plan events for our College alumni, and manage alumni relations on a day-to-day basis. I am also the point of contact for Jesus College students when having their degrees conferred at graduation, dealing with the planning of degree conferral days, managing ceremony bookings and handling all degree-related enquiries. I was part of the college safeguarding team, as well as seeing students for one-to-one support on a regular basis. This involved working closely with Childrens and Adult Social Care, local Police, mental health services and other professionals as required. I also took on the role of Young Adult Carers lead, coordinating the College's provision for carers aged 14-25 and working closely with the LA young carers service.
