My experiences with Rhianna were always professional. I was impressed with her attention to detail and ability to pivot when presented with challenges. While I did not work at the Oshawa Clinic directly, my understanding is that it's a very busy place with a high volume of patients coming through. Rhianna continually managed to accommodate our needs, even the last minute ones, and was always kind, quick, and personable.
