I had the absolute pleasure of working with Rhian during her time on the Helios project at Digitas LBi. Although we weren't working directly in the same team, I was able to call on her for advice and assistance when first starting on the project. Her in-depth understanding of tech stack is first rate, and she is able to communicate complexities of the architecture to anyone who needs help. Rhian is a great motivator for any team - she always has a smile on her face, and helps raise the spirits during difficult periods. Most importantly Rhian takes pride in her work, and is able to produce stable tests and code which we utilised long after she had left.
