Rheva was a fantastic resource for someone of my position. Her support of our manager was felt in many direct ways by the ground level staff. Rheva's ability to mediate difficult conflicts was unsurpassed and her genuine receptiveness made her invaluable as a sounding board. Her habit of visiting each site regularly allowed her to get to know the staff at each facility, effectively allowing her special insight into each dilemma she faced. We relied on Rheva's ability to write and revise client plans. Without her expertise in this area our jobs would have been much more difficult. Overall, Rheva is excellent at what she does!
