As a trainer who travels widely and constantly all over the country, it is much more challenging to do my best job if the planning and logistics for the training sessions are not well-executed. In working with Rhea to deliver training for Northwest Public Power Association and its members, I found that she always provides everything that the attendees and I need to make the training a success. She is responsive and more than willing to accomodate any needs and is open to new ideas and suggestions.
