Rhea immediately proved to be a great addition to our team at Accountable Revenue Cycle Solutions. She demonstrated great work ethic, reliability, and was always open and receptive to feedback. Rhea always acted with integrity and professionalism in the workplace and worked well with other team members. Rhea was able to learn at a very rapid pace, whether it was learning the medical billing software for our clients or learning some of the internal processes of our company to help with financial analyses. I had the privilege of having Rhea report directly to me, which was a great experience. We worked closely together and developed a strong professional relationship and trust. Her contributions were invaluable to me. We appreciated Rhea's contributions to our team so much that we requested her to stay with our company in a part-time role while she returns to college for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Rhea has many notable qualities that lend to being a strong member for a professional team and a good leader. She has helped us with many tasks and some projects - Rhea has lightened the load for some of our employees and has been a valued addition to our team this past summer. You can train employees on many tasks but you cannot train attitude. Rhea's attitude is fantastic. Rhea has a curious and positive attitude toward projects, tasks, and life in general. Even when she hasn't done something previously, she approaches the task like she can handle it with no problem. She's not afraid to research, ask for guidance or seek help, and she takes coaching well. I appreciate her willingness to admit that she doesn't know how to do something while at the same time expresses her desire to learn. Not only does she take on the role of 'student' in a situation, but Rhea can also be the 'teacher' as well. She had no qualms teaching those in various roles about something that she knew. Rhea aims to please. She gains an understanding of the parameters of a project by asking questions and clarifying what she's been told. To make required deadlines, she plans activities appropriately. She cares about the outcome and follows up. Rhea demonstrates intelligence on many levels including being able to adapt to her environment, problem solve, set goals and outcomes all while showing good judgement. She is very comfortable with numbers/equations and has a great memory for numbers as well. It's evident that she takes her studies seriously because what she's learned is evident in her language and demonstrated knowledge. Rhea is highly organized and has a great work ethic and good sense of humor, but the most important quality that Rhea possesses is her kindness. I would highly recommend Rhea for a professional role that speaks to her strengths, training, and education. She may not be available though because hopefully she'll be working for us!
