Anansh Prasad
Rhea is the heart and soul of SkillSphere Education. Her dedication, ownership for her areas of work, motivation, talent and efficacy make her a role model for one and all at the organization. Right from the time she joined SkillSphere in 2014-15, Rhea has grown as an individual and professional by leaps and bounds. Joining SkillSphere Education as a freelance trainer, she has gone on to become a Director of Curriculum Development and my deputy in many ways. During my 1 year stint at Cornell, she had a major role to play in ensuring seamless operations of SkillSphere Education while I worked remotely from USA. Since then, she has gone on to mentor several SkillSphere employees and has made the curriculum department at SkillSphere her own! We are very blessed to have Rhea and I am glad that she is also pursuing her dream to become a behavioral scientist while working at SkillSphere.
