I have had the pleasure of working with Rhea for over 1.5 years. She is an amazingly kid-hearted person. She took the time to help train me on a computer program that I had never been exposed to. She made sure I was set up for success and offered her assistance every step of the way. Rhea and I were not in the same department so it would have been easy for her to brush me aside. However, she refused to do that. She views each of our jobs as leading to the success of the casino. It’s people like Rhea that make transitioning to a new job easy.
